Cleaning! Nasty :)

On Fridays, James' mom and I clean apartments down town Indianapolis. Most of the time is we're cleaning for the same lady, then the apartments aren't too bad. BUT...on days like this one, when we work for different people, we never know what to expect. Believe me, the pictures you see here are mild compared to some bathrooms I've cleaned!

The stove was nasty, as you can see from the above pic. That pic was even taken AFTER we'd cleaned it up some.

Anyways....I walked into this bathroom and looked around and gagged! It smelled terrible! The sink and counter tops were brown and orange with some kind of nasty stuff.

The floors were black and yellow, as were the walls behind the toilet. I guess they were never trained properly on how to use the restroom facilities! Disgusting!

Then, the tub was so nasty with skin and skin oil that it took me almost all of an hour to get it looking halfway white again. We had to use this "Goof Off" stuff and it was making me sick. The smell of that combined with the smell of the bathroom was quite overwhelming.

Seriously, this is not dirt you see in the tub. It is skin and oil! Trust me, once you've tried to get this stuff out, you never want to do it again :)
