Hi, everyone! I know it's been a while. Sorry, but I've been having fun with my family.
Last weekend, over Labor Day, James and I went down to Harkers Island, NC. We were there to celebrate my Dad's birthday and to see my Mom before her surgery.
We had so much fun! Fletcher and Diane were there, along with Diane's sister, Betsy. Wesley and Janelle didn't get to come, but they came to Mom and Dad's house on Sunday. I'll try to post a few pictures before the end of the week.
My mom's surgery went well, thank the Lord! I'm not too excited that I can't be there, but Jesus knows I have to work :)
Yesterday I turned 30! I can't believe I'm so old!!!! Sometimes I feel lots older, but most of the time I still feel like a teenager :) HOpefully I don't always act it :)
James' family had a cake and some ice cream for dinner yesterday. It was so sweet of them. I haven't had a b-day cake in a long time and so it almost made me cry. I was determined NOT to cry on my birthday, though. :)
Okay....this is getting long so I'll quit for now. THat's just a little of what's been happening with me. See you later!!!

Happy Birthday Kim. I well remember that day. It seems so long ago. Time surely fly's by when your'e having fun...Congrats!!
Man, I'm so glad you're older than me! The scary part is that I'm married with 5 kids and under 30!! Hope your day was great.
Happy birthday to you! I remembered and was thinking of u that day. Im just 5 days ahead of u and 30 isnt so bad. Im just taking it one day at a time :-) love ya.
